What does Tristel do?
Tristel is a company specialising in the manufacturing of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, headquartered in the United Kingdom but with group companies all around the world. What personal information does Tristel collect and why?

- If you agree to participate in a post market customer or end user survey, we will ask you to provide your name, contact details and survey responses which we will then use to help improve our products and Services.

Again, depending on which of our Services you engage with, we may automatically collect certain personal information about you.

Who does Tristel share my personal information with?

How does Tristel keep my personal information secure?

Specifically, our servers are located in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany and Shanghai, and our group companies and third party service providers and partners operate globally. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries.

These include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies, which require all group companies to protect personal information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law.
Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided on request. We will implement similar appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.
Data retention
